SONY VAIO PRO 13 wifi issue windows 8.1

Recently i upgraded w8 to w8.1. When I want to connect to the wifi I have to restart modem every time I turn off my ntb. Does anybody have a same problem? I think there has been enough problems with vaio pro 13 so far but this one seems new to me

i have another problem with the NFC doesn't accept pics from my samsung note 3 it's say that they are to big to be transfer uffff
