Hi Simon,

Right-click on the .zip file and choose "Extract All". Choose to extract the files to a folder where you can find them later - say C:\FlashMedia

You will have to install the driver manually from Device Manager. Right Click on your MS device in 'Disc Drives' and choose 'Update Driver'. In the Wizard, choose all the options to manually choose the driver to install yourself and point the wizard at C:\FlashMedia\ti21Sony.inf

If no flashmedia controller is installed, you will find it in Device Manager as 'Mass Storage Device'.
