Problem installing the Content transfer software

Hi!

I just bought a Sony Walkman NWZ-S755, however, everytime I try to install the content transfer software at the end of the installation it says the process was cancelled and the software not installed. It happened both with the setup file that came with the walkman and with the setup file I downloaded from sony site.

I am still able to acess and transfer the songs through windows media player v.11, but I'd llike to use the iTunes...

I have a computer with AMD-semprom SI-40 2ghz, windows vista service pack 2,  2gb of RAM.

Why is this happening? Please, smeone help me!! I just own this walkman for 2 hours and already have problems??? Not fair
