Sony BCR-NWW270
I have a sony walkman BCR-NWW270. The volume is fine in one ear but very faint in the other ear, can you give any suggestions to fix it?
Thanks in advance

HI @TeresaQuinn and welcome to the Community
That model number is for a USB cradle for a Walkman.
Can you check again and post the walkman model number back here?
Also have you checked the headphones on another device etc.
to see if they could be faulty rather than the Walkman?
cheers

Hi again
No worries
Out of interest have you been using these for swimming before the volume
went quieter?

Are you facing the same mentioned issue in this thread?
