Sony WH-1000 XM5 looped notification sound

Hi, 

I have a Sony WH-1000 XM5, paired on my Galaxy Fold Z 4. When I have the phone in my pocket, the headphones are connected via bluetooth and I receive a WhatsApp Business or Whatsapp message, the notification sound starts to loop endlessly. If I turn off the sony the looped sound goes to my phone, even if it’s DND mode, silent or Vibrate mode, until I restart it.

Did anyone else experience this bug with their phones and their wh1000xm5? Is there a solution? It’s really annoying.

That's actually new to me! But have you checked the updates for both the headphones and the app for it? Maybe check the connection profile as well.

Hey @kogan92 does it also happen with different device other than the Galaxy Fold? and have you tried to reset and initialize the headphones?
