Hi I am using SOny Xperia TX. I successfully update to 4.3 3 months ago,and after that it work superb, but 7 days ago i discovered that my auto screen rotation didnot working, thn i tried few tricks like boot my phone into safe mood, power off phone thn power on etc. after few days back it fix by it self,i dont know how. bt yesterday it discovered it doesnot work again,thn i dial *#*#7378423#*#* and go to service test,and found
1. Accelerometer doesnot show any response,
2. Whn i check gryoscope,my phone is restart,
3. And proximity sensor show that ,the device doesnot support the function.
I want to factory reset,bt i learn from internet that it will not help. Please give some tips what to do
