Access market

Hi there

Hope someone ca help. I have a Google account but it is on an [email protected] account.

When i try to access market from my phone and log in I just get a message that this cannot be used ont the phone because it is missing Google caendar. i have tried to fond out how to download calendar but no luck. It says contact administrator or sign in with another accout.tried my friends account but same result. DO I have to have a googlemail account as it seems to suggest if i click new accoutn?

to the best of my understanding yes, it has to be a googlemail or gmail account, but you can create the account and only use it for sorting out that particular problem, you dont need to use it as your main email account

Besides these, I hail from India, and I am not getting a single Paid apps from the market. Not even one. Can SE make the paid apps open so that everyone can get benefited. Afterall, we are paying to get it installed.
