Auto focus blurry from camera

I have a problem wit my z5 compact.
When i want to take a close-up picture. The auto focus gets blurry. Looks almost if it is stuck.
Dont matter in what mode it is.
Have retry a hardreset, bus still the same.
Is it a software op hardware problem?
