Back up Wizard taking v long time - Help!

Help,

I tried using Sony PC Companion Back Up Wizard, but currently states 23hrs remaining.

This seems way too long. I have previously backed-up in less than 30 mins.

I think I have about 900MB to back-up.

Any advice/soloution greatly appreciated! Thanks

I would advise you to backup manually media files.

Hi rw400,

In most cases the backup will show a timeframe that seems pretty long, however this timeframe generally changes after awhile. 

This will change when other operations are being performed in the background, such as browsing or Anti virus scans, anything that utilizes the CPU and memory will affect this timeframe.
