Backup and Restore

Hi guys,
I backed up my data on the phone and whenever I try to restore it doesn't restore all of the data,e.g. Photos but all apps have been restored./I used the backup and restore app in the phone. Help please?

Did you cleared the internal storage ?

Did you backup to the SD card or the internal storage?

Thanks! Yes I did clear the internal memory but before wiping it, I backed up my data to the SD card.
