I am very upset cause I bought sony xperia T2 ultra 6 months ago guaranteed from one of your vendors at Egypt and I hated this day when I bought this mobile after a small troubles I tried to put in in its charger I found that something wrong went out and the cable of charger in the mobile burned down and damaged and I tried to repair in as per it was guaranteed by Delta after 2 weeks of calling with them finally they asked me to come to receive device but they told me that we cannot repair it cause it's spare parts not available and if you want to repair it you have to go to any local shop who work in repairing phones but after that cause i know a person inside this **bleep**en company they accepted to fix it and it costs 200 pounds
how could that be cause the mobile phone was in guarantee period finally I paid the amount after one week the same problem occurred again and cannot charge my mobile
Really I am dissatisfied from you product at all in general and also from the company you've chosen to work with your company as a representative to you , your product turned me from a promoter of you company to a real detractor I will advise all my relatives, friends and all people I knew in Egypt to not choose your products anymore and I will tell them all about this bad experience and this bad behaviours, also bad products and you do not respect your customer, and finally I will as them to buy their products from and other respectable companies who respects their customers and also respects their products .
