blank grainy screen

Started using my Sony Xperia L C2104 in October 2013. Woke up 29th of January 2014 to find the screen blank and grainy but phone is still working only that you can't see anything. It sometimes clears but then can't do nothing cuz its freezing. Didn't quite expect this from a phone that is barely 3 months old and most especially a Sony product. Must say am highly disappionted...

Well it's an electronic gadget. No matter how high the quality a device has, it can give up any day. I've Xperia L and don't face any problem with it.

Now let's help you with it. 

Charge your phone enough and switch it off. Then try to repair your phone using SUS

Update/Repair your phone via SUS

SUS ( Sony Update Service) ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions

If SUS doesn't help you with the problem, take your phone to sony service center and it should be repaired/ replaced by them free of cost if they find it defective and free from physical damage.
