Bluetooth disconnect

hello, I have for some days a problem with my headset, it disconnects all alone and reconnect to Bluetooth, and I just checked with a Bluetooth speaker that's the same thing, would you have an idea of ​​the problem? thank you

Can you try restart smart connect?

To do this please go to Settings > Apps > All > Smart Connect > Force Stop > Clear Data, then restart your phone.

After several tries, I reboot and also disable smart connect the problem continues, in safe mode the problem disappeared! what is the problem?

If the phone is working correctly in this mode, this indicates there is a third party app causing a conflict with the device.

In this situation I would advise to remove the downloaded apps one by one to identify which app is causing the conflict.

If the phone does not perform correctly in Safemode I would advise to run a software repair on your handset as this is likely to resolve the issues currently being experienced.
