Hi @akwan,

Welcome to the community.

Try resetting the smart connect app.

Android 5.1 (Lollipop) or earlier: Settings > Apps > Swipe across to All > Smart Connect > Clear data and force stop.

Android 6.0 (Marshmallow): Settings > Apps > Smart Connect > Storage > Clear data > Back > Force stop.

I was trying to see if i could use Xperia Companion to repair my phone, end up i was doing it too quick and didn't read the instruction, reset my Z5 Premium, of cause now i could connect to my car bluetooth with no problem but it is headache to put everything back on the phone screen, and log in all my apps....also lost some of my chating history on one of my app....But still thanks for the help!

@akwan,

Well, I am glad it is working for you. If you sign back in to your google account you should be able to get some of the data back to your phone, such as contacts, calendar info etc. The rest of it will be lost if there was no back up however.
