Bootloop after Update / Xperia SP can't decrypt encrypted data

Hello,

i got a problem with my new Xperia SP.

I had to encrypt my Phone because i use it as Business phone too and our Exchange Server has the rule that the Phone must be encrypted.

After the Update and the reboot the Phone isn't able to decrypt the System Data's and stucks in a Bootloop.

I'm able to fix it by myself?

Our have i send it back?

Please help me. :c

I have a work email account that forces an encryption step into the boot sequence of my phone. When installed my phone frequently freezes, crashes and generally works poorly.
Anyone else have similar problems or knows how to fix?

Is it a manufacturer fault is there a product recall because they arnt cheap fones! and so many have just appeared wanting a decryption code which majority didnt set up mines flung in the draw and switched to samsung but loved my sony
