calling problem

I am facing an issue with my new xperia L. When I calling someone or receive phone call, sometimes I cant hear them. But they can hear me. Please help me solve this problem

First try with another SIM-card and see if problem still there after that.

If problem persists I recommend you to do a repair of the phone software via Sony PC Companion:

Before starting the repair, create a backup of your material.

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

Follow the on-screen instructions.

I also facing the same problem with my new xperia L.

Everytime when I calling someone or receive phone call,  I cant hear them. But they can hear me.

If I use my earphone or change to loudspeaker, its ok.

so what do you think?? my ear speaker problem?? what should i do?

i am facing the same kind of problem but in my case i hear very minute sound  of the other people

this phone is realy very laggy and giving problem

somtimes its calling somtimes its led notification somtime its keyboard

Hi there, i already follow your solution, but still have the same

problem. It makes me annoying... I buy new smart phone and then i

facing problem like this.

Are you using Skype, viber, wechat or any other kind of VoIP application?

if so un-installed it and check whether the lag is gone or not.

Sony Jelly bean update has a serious problem. I am Xperai go user having same problem you can check the Xperai go forum on this site.

dont belive in repair or any update through PCC. I hope this will solve your problem.

I too am facing this problem. When making calls or receiving calls, the call quality is bad. I can barely hear the other person & most times the other person I am calling can't really hear me.

However, if I use the hands free headphone/mic which came with the phone, the call is ok.

I have also been trying to use the Sony PC Companion to repair the update but so far the PC Companion hangs midway after downloading (which takes too long, about 8hrs). So I haven't been able to repair the phone via PC Companion either.

Hopefully Sony can do something about this in the next update.
