camera swap icon missing on screen

Hi, I wanted to use my tablet to skype and noticed that the icon to swap the camera is missing on the screen. I have tried updating the software but still the icon is not showing Also have checked in settings and any other place i could think of.

Anyone any idea? i have the tablet about 2.5 months but not used the camera really yet hence only just noticed.

go to settings-apps-all-look for the camera app.Enable it.

Thanks for the reply and have gone into the camera app but i still can't see it there to enable .

If you tap on camera app,you should get more options,where should also be Enable/Disable.

I have tried it all and still can't find it anywhere. i will take tablet to shop for them to have a look. thanks

Hi, I have tried taking my tablet to the shop, they can't help and gave me some support phone number. Calling them it keeps asking me for a case number which I dont have. 

If honest this is very frustrating and the Sony customer care has not impressed so far.

I have looked everywhere and tried everything to find this icon but it's nowhere. Even the people in the shop couldnt find it. 

What more can I do to get this sorted?? 

I am very close to writing a formal complaint.
