 I disable these apps. You can disable without root.
I wonder that these apps do. Are factory-installed in the system.

sorry my bad, I thought you were asking if you could uninstall those apps. those are responsible in reinstalling the facebook app after an factory reset and or software repair,

 I disabled the apps and the Facebook app is running smoothly. Can I keep these apps disabled then? It were consuming data in the background.

settings> data usage

and then select the app and activate restrict app background data
