cannot connect to Internet

Wi-fi is okay but the 3G or 4G nothing. I bought it from UK and its unlock please your advice

Make sure data is activated. Go to settings > more.. > mobile network > data is activated. 

Try to download new Internet settings to the phone. Settings > Xperia > Internet settings. 

Then restart the phone.

Also try to change the network mode under settings > more.. > mobile network > network mode. Try to change between LTE and WCDMA.

Hi i have the same problem.

I´m from Spain, my Xperia Z too, and since 4-6 weeks the net connection (not only internet, normal net too) is failing constantly. The most of the time i cannot call or receive calls, and it´s not a problem of my net provider (Orange) because at another phones i have coverage enough.

I had tried to do that but it was useless, what can i do?

I had tried to restore the mobile too and to change between 4g/3g/gsm...

Any idea?

I hear that sony is the best, that's why I bought sony Xperia m dual, after buying I think I step in wrong mobile company,
major problems are:1.limited internal memory,
2.less battery backup, yes it is enough, but it has to improve.
3.coming to camera, just say to others I also have 5mp camera. No use, worst picture quality.
Apart this I found one new problem for enter into this site I spend half an hour, bcz it won't connecting to net, it shows always uplink but not trying to dowlink.
So please help me to overcome this problem.
And for new mobile buyers please check this problem, even though you want to buy sony Xperia m dual , no one could not help you
