Make sure data is activated. Go to settings > more.. > mobile network > data is activated.
Try to download new Internet settings to the phone. Settings > Xperia > Internet settings.
Then restart the phone.
Also try to change the network mode under settings > more.. > mobile network > network mode. Try to change between LTE and WCDMA.
Hi i have the same problem.
I´m from Spain, my Xperia Z too, and since 4-6 weeks the net connection (not only internet, normal net too) is failing constantly. The most of the time i cannot call or receive calls, and it´s not a problem of my net provider (Orange) because at another phones i have coverage enough.
I had tried to do that but it was useless, what can i do?
I had tried to restore the mobile too and to change between 4g/3g/gsm...
Any idea?
