cant see websites

I have a new phone and I cant see website properly. for example http://www.sony.com.
why ?

Could you elaborate on the issue, in the mean time

settings > apps > all > chrome > clear data > restart the phone > report back.

now I am see the website good. but website in my country I cant see properly. I read about css but I dont understand what that. example website http://www.ofer-f.co.il. that proplem in my phone. to my husband have a galaxy note and he see the websites good.

help please.
maybe I need to switch my phone or update a software

I try iexplorer chrome mozilla I think I have a problem just in my phone.

Do you have any antivirus or taskillers on your phone? are you using WiFi or data? if you are using WiFi, have you tested data? also have you tried different hotspots?
