charging really slowly!!!

When my phone is connected to power source it is charging really slowly and also my phone is getting heated up, what should I do??

No apps are running in the background, the phone gets heated while charging only,

And as the temperature of phone rises charging rate slows down

It reaches to the temperature of 45-46C, is it normal???

It depends on how it gets hot,if you are using it intensely it is normal.

While charging I just browse on Facebook or use WhatsApp, is it intense use???

Not really but it is recommended while charging to not use the device.
