chrome app and Google search not working

Only this week for the first time I am unable to open the Chrome app and browse the web, the same for Google.  I'm okay online for other apps like Facebook, Instragram etc.

I do not want yo delete these apps as they were preinstalled on my phone?

Advice would be helpful as I've tried to contact vodaphone via this installed app and it does not connect?

Try settings-apps-all,look for the apps and clear data.

Yeah , latest chrome update screwed up my phone too last week.... switch to dolphin browser too.

I uninstalled all the Chrome updates and returned it to factory settings.  It now works fine.

Just go to the settings- apps-chrome and then uninstall the updates ...then update ur chrome from play store .

Same goes to Google Search...
