Enabling disabled sim2 in xperia c 3

Hi everyone,I'm using an xperia c3dual,and accidentally some how I disabled the sim2,and now I am not able to enable it again.I have tried it through the dual sim settings but the sim2 option is blurred which indicates something else is wrong.Please help me sort out this.

Hi,

That sounds strange. As far as I know, it's only possible to enable/disable the use of two SIM-cards via Dual SIM settings. Have you tried to restart the phone? Perhaps you could try to change the SIM-cards (SIM1 to SIM2 slot) just to see if same behaviour persist.
