hi...

my phone in sony xperia S LTi26

i have installed and run all kind of apps on this graet phone..

a game called Boom Beach was working excellantly without any errors

suddenly it stopped working like when i open the game it loads to the end and then it leaves out to home screen without any error massage i tried everything you can think about like

- reset to factory settings

- did not install anything before the game (did not work)

- updated all my apps the installing the game   (also did not work) 

- i reset my phone using pc companion soft that reset to the latest update ... ALSO (did not work) 

sometimes during the installing of the game i get a massage like (invaled package file) or (file error 960 or so) but after leaving it for a day or sow it install correcly but the game do not work like i explained before

i dont know what to do plaese give anything to do with my xperia to solve or troubleshoot the problem

Try performing a system repair, This will factory reset your phone or consider that the game is at fault and you need to contact the developer for that

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
