Failed newest update .142 Please help

I tried updating but when i restarted the phone, it stay on update .136. I tried to restore with pcc and now i need to download all my apps and everything again. I dont understand, and the update still.136. It can't find the newest .142 update anymore

Repeat the update process with SUS

keep in mind that you have to wait for the update to be approved and release in your country/region and/or carrier/network

Mate it is already released in my country...but now i cannot update it to the newest. 142 anymore only.136.

Why again with SUS? It same as PCC. Do i need to download all apps and everything again?

The update its not available to you if it was then you will get it through PCC or SUS, just wait  a bit longer

SUS will erase phone memory.It cannot be like that,before was available,now it is not.

i am from the Netherlands...i got the new update.142. and i proceed it. But then when i turned my phone on and i looked at my phone information i see the old update.136...How come? It's very strange to me, i know i got the update.142, i know it for sure.

The update is released on 10 February 2014. I really dont understand what could have happened...When i connect to pcc it say u have the latest update already.. which is .136. 

SUS is telling me too i have the latest update already:smileysad:

I cannot find reviews about this update nowhere, even it is releases 7 days ago.

If im not wrong the update .142 is carrier based and is not released yet.
