Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

If the screen has been locked, then you will not be able to perform a Factory Reset you will need to perform a Software repair on the handset.

Hi Jovanasb, this is true what Jake said that, you can't do factory reset if your phone is locked. You need to do a software repair via pcc or sus. If you don't want to do a software repair then I guess this trick will come handy for you.

If you still dont remember your password/patteren then try this....

Turn on your phone and on the lock screen press emergency call the type this code *#*#7378423#*#* now a service menu will come. Go to Customization settings----> reset customization
