Front camera problem

Since the android upgrade to version 6.0 , the front camera stopped working. repair device from the computer but does not work . any solution?

I tried from settings , restoring the system , installing another camera , but nothing.

i contacted sony, but i still have no answer. they said they would call me ... two days ago.

They probably need to inspect your phone in person, it doesn't hurt to call them again.

It's mostly a front camera module detached from the main board or if it's connected via ribbon it may be damaged or disconnected but, as uliwooly stated, the only way to know is to have the device inspected.

I agree with @YoGem and @uliwooly. If the software repair did not help to sort this out I'd recommend you contact your Local support in order to have your device sent to and examined by an authorized service centre.
