Headset's Microphone does not work

Hello, 

I own a Xperia Z3 and it runs on 5.0.2. 

My problem is that during calls headset's mic does not work. This is happening during calls only including Skype calls. 

My idea is problem is not with the headset. Since, I can record my voice with headset without a problem. I also tried one different headset. (Xiaomi Piston Gold and Sennheiser CX680i).

I think there was a post about this that was addressed on a newer update. I'm not sure if you are willing to update your Xperia to a newer android version, could you also test regular calls while in >>> safe mode

I can't update my phone because it is the latest version provided by my carrier (I live in Japan). 

I have found a workaround for this problem yesterday. First, I make a call without handset. Then, I put the handset in. In this case, I can talk with the mic.
