My battery was at 4% when I connected the charger to phone and I returned in hour and saw battery was 2% I tried reconnecting the charger, changing the charger, putting it into another power source. The battery icon on top is showing that lightning bolt means it's charging. But when i look up the battery settings it says "Not charging".
Have you tried a different USB lead and slightly wiggle your USB connected to your phone also check for debris in the charging port stopping it from making a connection
I'm pretty sure USB is connected because if it would be unconnected the battery settings say discharging but i have this connected and it says not charging.
It's like somekind of a troll. The USB connection is fine I can connect to computer put files onto my phone and everything. But it's just not charging.
If you have ran all the usual tests without success then I'm left to assume you have a battery issue ie: For whatever reason it won't charge - If it's still under warranty then you could seek redress from a service centre or buy a replacement battery from eBay for example and replace it yourself
By the way before I put the phone charging I was playing a HD game so bad that the battery ran from 100% to 6% with 4 hours. Could that be a problem? I mean like draining the battery so fast from 100% down to 6% within that little time?
You could try leaving it on charge for a few hours but I don't see how playing a game would stop your phone/battery from charging - But I have just checked eBay UK and you can get an external battery charger and battery for between 11 and 15 GBP then external charger is something you place a battery in a bit like rechargeable batteries when you put them in a charger and plug them into the mains socket
I removed the battery and placed back again I put it charging while turned off and it might be charging right now the red light is lit up and battery icon in the middle of the screen.
