Insufficient Storage

Since the last update I've been having an issue with Google play telling me that I have insufficient Storage when I'm trying to download an app, yet when I check I have something like 400Mb internal and over 20Gb external available, the apps are nothing more than 40Mb and I can't clear anymore storage without having to factory reset. Has anyone had a similar situation and found a resolution?

You can move some of your apps to internal.Settings-apps-all-downloaded,there are all your apps downloaded and installed.

I have already moved all possible "transferable" data to the internal storage

But how much free space do you have in downloaded (phone memory)?

Does that involve connecting to a PC, last time I connected it I kept getting errors with the companion software
