Internal memory bug

Hello,

i have a xperia e3 (i buy it 5 day's ago)is my first android phone.

so,display to me a message the internal memory is full.click transferring data to sd card.

i do what that say but don't get something.And when that happed i dont doing nothing on the phone,i cant call send messang ,nothing.

what should i do?

what if you connect your phone to a PC and transfer pictures/music from the internal storage to the SD card?
