lollipop update

Since updating to the new lollipop i have not been able to receive phone calls and texts have taken a couple of days to receive anyone else having similar problems or have any suggestions on how to fix it

Do you have a MICRO SIM card or did you trimmed a regular SIM card?

I have a micro sim had no problems with it before the update

try the basic

1. restart the phone

2. remove the SIM card > re-insert the SIM card > check again.

Ive already done both its strange because i can make phone calls but not receive them

Re-install lollipop with PCC and check again

Thanks will try it again tomorrow tried to do it tonight but for some reason wouldnt work
