I have Sony Xperia L.
Of late there has been 0 GB free in my phone's internal memory and no matter how many apps I delete, there is no change. When i checked what is using the storage, I found that out of the 4.01 GB, 4.01 GB is used for pictures and videos! But here's the crazy part: I have NO photos in the internal memory and have stored all of them on my SD card! This is very annoying! I dont know which pictures are using this 4 GB!
I even tried to erase the internal memory, but whenever i do this, at first there is free memory but after a while again the 4.01 GB of pictures comes back! Also, after doing that whenever I open 'Album;, it shows: Memory card unavailabe or unmounted.
Please help! I'm not able to do anything about it! I really need memory in my phone for daily functioning.
Can someone please help me out?
Here's what my phone shows:
