mobile data disabled still getting notification on data usage (lose of money)

i am having xperia t2 ultra dual.  after recent update i am loosing money on mobile data even with mobile data switched off..  i am attaching screen shots showing mobile data usage report i get frequently  even though i havent turned on mobile data..

I get  money deduction message every 10 mins.. i havent even turned on mobile data .. please help fix this issue

Is your phone locked to a carrier, network branded? Do you send or receive MMS?

no not  locked  and i dont send mms

i just found that disabling location service  helps..  but when i enable it back  mobile data  is deducted every 10 mins even thou its turned off

You should really contact your carrier/network regarding this issue.

Just disable location from your device,  location is automatically use mobile data even it is disable hope it will help you and save your money
