Mobile Data keeps switching off

My Sony Xperia S keeps switching off mobile Data. I know this is really easy to reactivate but it's frustrating as he'll. Anyone else experienced the same thing? Any solutions?

Do you have power management on? Do you have any battery app on? You might have a faulty SIM card

Stamina mode will do this if the phone is idle.
