When i put dual sim in phone, mobile data is not working. Why🙁?

Welcome to the community.

Sometimes, you will need to download the APNs before it will allow you to access the mobile data. An easy way to do this is to go to Settings > More > Internet Settings.

Can you please try that and let us know if it helps?
