Was looking through the Support App, tapped 'Contact Us' and 20 Sony Mobile Support contacts appeared in my contact list, phone will not let me delete them, any suggestions?

Contacts > menu > filter > perhaps there's something related to this.
Still there, tried marking both contacts with phone numbers and online contacts independently, still showing.

I just linked all the sony support and experia contacts into two separate contacts, saves doing all the force stop etc.
That is not needed, you just had to clear data for contacts storage and set up the contacts from a backup file.
