my sim is not detected

hello

(i don't know English so i'm sorry if reeding this text is difficult and please excuse me)

i have a xperia neo (MT15i) and tree month ago i tried to unlock my phone  so i went to wotanserver.com and did every thing it said

but i wasn't successful and my phone didn't unlock and when i turn on my phone i saw that my sim card isn't detected but it was detected in another mobiles

i search in many websites to repair my phone but they couldn't help me but i understand what is my phone problem but i can't repair it

i understand my sim wasn't detected because i tried to unlock my phone but my phone "bootloader unlock allowed" says "NO"

please help me and say me what hav

OK

1st unlocking a phone does NOT require to unlock your bootloader

2nd flashing global generic firmware does NOT unlock your phone

3rd those other phones are smartphones or non-smartphones? how old is your SIM card?

contact Wotanserver and let them know that you haven't unlocked your phone so they can give you credit to re-try to unlock it again.

just as a reminder "bootlock unlock" it's not the same as unlocking a phone, do NOT unlock the bootloader.

but i think that unlocking in this site doesn't want credit

so 2 week ago i did that what it said  again but i wasn't successful

and i found another person in the other sites that they have my problem and they said taht this problem happened because "bootloade unlock allowed" says "no"

are you sure it doesn't depened to this problem ???

that's not true, it would make a difference if you were trying to unlock your bootloader, but you are not, you are trying to unlock your phone (SIM free/de-brand)

try this backup everything then remove both SIM and SD cards then repair it using either SUS or PCC

then try to use your SIM card

thank you,but

i had updated my phone before, when this problem happened

but i updated it with sony pc companion and it wasn't repaired after update

and recently i used from backup but it isn't repaired

but i get some result :that i hadn't any credit when i tried to unlock my phone in wotanserver(in both two time) and it wanted 2 credit but i had 0 credit

now ,i really don't no what have i do , please help me

try SUS (link above) instead of PCC (SUS its NOT the same as PCC)
