Phone get too slow

Hi everybody, Sometimes my phome get too slow. Camera take 3 to 4 seconds to open also my calls list take long time to show up. If there is a way to block runnig services or maybe an application please tell me. Thank's

got to settings>apps>running and chose the one you want to stop from running and also use the multitasking button by the home page to close apps

I always clear apps from the muktitasking button, i wonder if I can stop runnig app defenitly because they just restart

yes you can go to settings>apps > all select the app you wanna stop and click disable

It could be low memory have you got a micro SD card? Also try installing  this it helped me a lot

Ucef,how often do you restart your device?It needs to be done regularly,every 1-2 days.

Oh, I didn't know. I don't restart it actually unless I need to. Ok thank's alexdon for the info

The RAM memory needs refreshing,it is volatyle,it keeps data until you restart.
