Phone not displaying menu after upgrade

Its an Xperia T. All I could do is make and receive calls. Have re-set it multipole times, PC Companion is not recognising phone, nor is my pc...can someone help please?

Download sony update service,repair your phone.

But it wont recognise my phone, pc says something about unp firewall but i dont have a firewall on my computer!

Update java on your computer,try to add SUS in exceptions at firewall.The phone must be off when you repair via sony update service.
