Phone Overheating when using Camera

My phone overheats very quickly when using the camera. Usually, camera fails within 10 or less shots.

Anyway to fix this without switching off mobile data? I don't use Bluetooth or WiFi unless pairing with Sony external camera lense via PlayMemories Mobile which usually exacerbates the problem...

Any useful insights, solutions and tips would be greatly appreciated.

whenever I use camera on z3 plus for about a minute it's shuts down because of overheating...
same problem if I use front camera...
notice: I have the latest updates, and have no apps running in the background.

When I turn on camera after 3 to 4 minutes temperature become high and automatically turn off camera l can not use camera more than 3 to 4 minutes continually. It's very difficult for video capture how can I resolve this problem? I upgraded android to marshmallow 6

Sony service center in Iran told me this is regular that I can not take video more than 4 minutes continually
