Phone Stuck On Boot Screen Loop

Is a day that my phone remains stuck on boot screen. I pushed the button behind the cover to reset the phone and I tried a soft reset with volume up + power. If I understand right after the three short vibrations it should appear the android boot. But it doesn't happen. It remains off and it doesn't turn on if I press the power button. I have to reset the phone using the button behind the cover.

I tried to connect to pc and restore the system with PC Companion; when it says push volume down and plug usb cable it turns on a green led but still nothing happen.

This problem begun after a loop message "camera has stopped". I had to reset the phone with the button behind the cover.

What can I do?

Can you try something simple? Remove sim card and SD card... Try to reboot. Does it work regularly?

Of course. All these things i did it with and without SD and sim.

If I plug the phone to my pc or the battery charger it charges correctly but still froze to the boot screen and red led on. If I unplug it stays stuck with display and led on. To turn it off I have to use the reset button.

Well at this point you should really repair the software using XC but as your phone is not responding when you press volume down and connect the USB, I believe that the best bet here is to contact local support.

Hi @Shika93,

I'm with @YoGem on this one, at this point you may want to try a software repair using Xperia Companion. If that doesn't work or doesn't help then contact your Local support in order to have your device sent to and examined by an authorized service centre.

I'm charging the battery (if the problem is that is too weak to do anything). Anyway I found out that the phone is still under warranty (I buy it in october 2014) and I already contact my local support. I'll try to repair again using PC Companion when the battery is full charged (if it charges, because the display stay still on the boot screen and it doesn't turn off). If I still can't do anything, I'll brought the phone to them.
