please change some updates

plz give restart button while holding power button. then multi volume controls when volume increase or decrease button pressed. battery is simply draining every 2 minutes 1% charge is reducing without using the mobile. And finally overheating problem is their when using internet for 5 to 10 minutes phone is act like a hot rod. this are the only draw back for Sony. plz change something in this LOLLIPOP update please friends because i m big Sony fan but many of them are giggling about my z1 phone is draining battery fast and overheating problem in 30,000 rs mobile but their are showing thier cheap moblies like micromaxx, samsung, xolo with same specs with low price didn't get any fault but your costly mobile is get this heating and battery draining fault. please make sure sir what i have to do

Press and hold power & volume up for 5 seconds will turn off your phone > you can just press the button under the SIM card cover to restart your phone. 

Do elaborate on the volume suggestion.

battery life varies per user, as for over heating that's not quite correct, as if the phone overheats it will shut down.
