Problem encountered with SE Satio

My SE Satio is having a problem now... the phone hang, restart and i couldnt hear the voice or even ringtone when someone calling or texting.... it was trasforming to silent mode.... what can I do with this...? is it a problem  with the system of the phone itself?  help me this!

I suggest that you perform a software repair on your phone via our program PC Companion to exclude software related problems:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.
