I was just updating my xperia j to the newest android software, that the phone suggested to do. while i was doing that with my computer, all of a sudden the computer stop recognizing the phone. i unplugged it and started all over again for three times. then the pc companion had another option that would restore the software, losing all the information that was in the phone memory, i accepted it and while it was doing that update, the computer stopped recognizing the phone. now it is like the phone has no software, and when i try to turn it on, the sony logo appears and the phone wont start. when i plug it to the usb port, the computer wont recognize it. i dont know what else i can do.
