problem with keypad

Dear Srs.

I have a problem with my keyboard when I'm on call I can not use the keyboard most times , sometimes if I but not always, this is part of a configuration or this problem will be something that will always repeat , please can you help I have not had cell to present me this fault , and I think this equipment is the exepcion.
