Problem with my desktop code Sony Xperia Z2

Hey,

i have a Problem with my desktop code. I thought I changed it right but now i cant log in any more. So i went about the android manager and try to reset the code. But it does say that the code is already changed.

What can i do? I dont want to lose my messages and pictures and so an with a reset.

@JuliaE So you have also reset your gmail password? If yes, this will take up to 72 hours before you can login with the google account.

No, not my gmail passwort. You can reset your display code at myxperia.com. I tried to reset and it told me that there is a new code.

There is no opportunity at my mobile phone to login with my google account.

You may try reseting it using myXperia: https://myxperia.sonymobile.com/

Once logged in, choose your device and then Lock, now enter a new PIN and you should also enter a message so that you can see when the new PIN has been sent to your device.

Once the PIN has been sent, try unlocking your device.
