Problem with Phone Line

Hi Everyone, i'm italian user and sorry for my bad english, hope it is understandable.

My problem with Xperia S is, they not find any PhoneLine, after replacing the battery with new one.

The MicroSim is detected and the PIN code accepted normally, but remains the Red Cross above the notches.

Some idea of the possible causes?

It's possible that the SIM tray has been damaged so I'd return your device back to whomever replaced the battery and have this checked

Thx for the replay, I forgot to write, The SIM is not damaged i've checked it on other 2 smartphone.

As above the SIM tray is either damaged as a result of the work carried out or they forgot to reattach the cable connection

I've checked, all the cable in correctly connected, I've also tryed an Hard Reset, but nothing.

Whit some APK Sim on PlaySore, (es. Sim Card apk) at voice SIM State is wrote "Network Blocked".
