problem with smart connect

I dont understand why suddenly my phone are continuos saying me in the notification bar that the headshet are plugged and it looks like a look the nevera stop.
This is a problem because this is borde to see the notification also I cant talk with phone, because this do my speaker puta on and off continiusly.
I recently only update the xperia keyboard, I try clear data and dont hace effect to this, I uninstall the update and also dont work, I need some solution for this desesperate problem please.

I have the same problem with you and it keeps cutting calls out. This has happened before but I remember updating smart connect and it worked fine after. Problem started after installing lollipop for me
So annoying and my phone is out of warranty

I solved this problem by uninstalling the smart connect - actually downgrading to the basic instalation removing all updates. Like the other SONY programs (Album, camera) - this is terribly executed SW. Too bad it cannot be removed completely.

My phone come Black to normal mode.
The process has been uninstall update os músic and smartconnect app. After this repeat strong blow in the jack and put a jack some time to ensure the input has no destaca or Something strange.
The restart the phone, and then install again the update of músic and smart. It seems like problem of own Sony apps.
