I do not understand how a brand like Sony when you register a phone by IMEI informs you that you have a warranty and when you have the slightest problem desentiende saying that you have not purchased in your country.
I do not understand you can shop online globally an international brand is not able to give a guarantee.
I do not understand that not even give you the option of a budget to repair it.
The conclusion is that Sony has ceased to be a reliable brand since according sell the product where it meets quality standards or others.
A shame and a very poor service to customers.
